Удаление аккаунта Tijorat

Аккаунт Tijorat можно удалить в приложении или письмом, если приложения уже нет.

В приложении — сразу

1. Откройте Tijorat → «Настройки».
2. Нажмите на свою почту вверху.
3. Нажмите «Удалить аккаунт» и введите пароль или подтвердите вход через Google или Apple.

Без приложения — письмом

Напишите с почты, на которую зарегистрирован аккаунт, с темой «Удалить аккаунт». Мы удалим его в течение 7 дней и ответим.

Что удаляется

• Почта и пароль аккаунта.
• Привязка входа через Google или Apple. Если вы удаляете аккаунт на iPhone через «Вход с Apple», сервер также отзывает доступ приложения в вашем Apple ID; иначе его можно убрать в «Настройки → Apple ID → Вход с Apple».
• Подписка Pro и история её выдачи.
• Коды приглашений и записи о приглашённых продавцах.
• Заказы оплаты через банк.
• Дни активности и сессии входа.

Всё это стирается с сервера сразу, без отложенного хранения.

Что остаётся

• Учёт на телефоне — продажи, товары, долги, расходы. Он не хранится на сервере, поэтому не удаляется вместе с аккаунтом; он исчезнет, когда вы удалите приложение.
• Резервные копии, сохранённые вами — файлы и копия в вашем Google Диске. Они у вас, удаляете их вы.
• Технические журналы сервера — записи о запросах, без данных учёта. Хранятся не дольше 30 дней.

Deleting your Tijorat account

You can delete your Tijorat account in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app — immediately

1. Open Tijorat → "Settings".
2. Tap your email at the top.
3. Tap "Delete account" and enter your password or confirm with Google or Apple.

Without the app — by email

Email us from the address your account is registered with, subject "Delete account". We will delete it within 7 days and reply.

What is deleted

• Your account email and password.
• The Google or Apple sign-in link. If you delete the account on iPhone via Sign in with Apple, the server also revokes the app's access in your Apple ID; otherwise you can remove it in Settings → Apple ID → Sign in with Apple.
• Your Pro subscription and its history.
• Invitation codes and records of sellers you invited.
• Bank payment orders.
• Activity days and sign-in sessions.

All of this is erased from the server right away, with no delayed retention.

What remains

• Records on your phone — sales, products, debts, expenses. They are not stored on the server, so they are not deleted with the account; they are removed when you uninstall the app.
• Backups you saved — files and the copy in your own Google Drive. They are yours to delete.
• Server technical logs — request records without your business data. Kept for no more than 30 days.
